Presented to hotel properties that meet the following:

• Compliance with LightStay
• Achieve Energy goal
• Achieve Water goal
• Travel with Purpose (operations) score over 70
• Volunteer events (#, volunteers, hours, youth impacted) and ensure events meet the Travel with Purpose criteria project

Presented to the General Manager, Hotel Manager or Resident Manager that best represents the Brand Values and Promise in their hotel. The Leader must be compliant with all required training programs and have been in the DoubleTree by Hilton system for all of 2016. The hotel must have an average of 40 SALT surveys per month. The Leader will be ranked based on a series of internal performance measures (listed below). Each rank number will be added together to create a final score.
